This Disclaimer, along with the Terms Of Use and Privacy Polic, governs your access to and using SpyHour.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through SpyHour.com (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.

By using the Website or by clicking to accept or agree to the Refund and Cancellation Policy when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Disclaimer.

Our company relies on this Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. When a customer contacts us by email, our initial response is to assist in getting technical support or customer service for the customer of the product that the customer purchased.

However, in some cases, a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A customer may cancel a product with a recurring billing subscription at any time from the Account Dashboard. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund – it will only stop any future payments. If you used Paypal, you would need to cancel your regular price from the recurring payment tab (personal account).

Any subscription/membership, including Trial/Monthly/Lifetime, can be canceled from your account dashboard. Follow the steps in the FAQ.

Log in – Dashboard – Account Settings – Subscription – Update Your Subscription.

If you sign up for SpyHour and find that it’s not a perfect fit, please send a cancellation request by email to support@spyhour.com from the registered email address. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund – it will only stop any future payments.

If you request by email to cancel your subscription, we will need the following information to send in your cancellation request at support@spyhour.com:

  • Your billing information (name, transaction ID, etc.)
  • Email address
  • Login name
  • Email address of the registered account
  • Feedback & suggestions to make our services better.

If the information requested is not provided, we can not proceed to cancel any subscription or membership.

If your cancellation request comes from an email address other than the registered email address, we will ask you for additional information, including but not limited to: registered email, last four digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date, etc. If the information requested is not provided, we can not proceed to cancel any subscription or membership.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy for all SpyHour products is as follows:

Customers requesting a refund after the expiration of the return period outlined in the applicable Refund Policy will be required to work directly with the technical support or customer service.

One time Payments for Lifetime Membership / Yearly Memberships/ Discounted Memberships

Our program Lifetime Membership / Yearly Memberships / Discounted Memberships has a No Refund Policy.

Due to the digital format of the products, the customer receives immediate benefits from the product before they return, such as access to all course content, community access, software access, constant support, and other online resources such as the SpyHour Lifetime Subscription and Ads by SpyHour Courses. Therefore memberships purchased in advance are not subject to refunds.

Trial and Monthly Memberships

Our customers have direct control over their membership and can change their subscription status at any time. As stated on our Website and in the FAQ section.

KS. & SK LLC Cannot be held responsible for the financial situation of its customers as they should know if they can afford or not services. That being said, refunds are NOT possible after purchasing one of our services, using the digital data, and then claiming that you can’t afford it anymore or that the money could have been used somewhere else.

KS & SK LLC cannot be held responsible when the customer claims that he or she wasn’t aware of the terms of a subscription/service. Our services are present at the account creation, the checkout page, and the first invoice. The customer is also asked to agree to the terms and conditions of the membership before creating the subscription. Therefore customers are informed from the beginning, and creating an account with us represents your acceptance of the terms presented.

KS & SK LLC cannot be held responsible for claims such as “service not as described” or other similar claims. All of the data and services provided by our services are described on our homepage and or the demo page, and customers know with clear examples what they will receive before buying. For example, customers who choose the Monthly membership with fourteen days of Trial (Startup Membership), $0 for 14 days, then $19.95/month unless canceled. We cannot make such claims since they are provided with full access to our data and platform according to the package chosen for fourteen days at 0$ and can cancel at any time as stated on our Website and the FAQ section. Therefore if they are not satisfied with the service for any reason, they are free to cancel within the 14 days for Trial for 0$ and no additional charges will be made.

However, making “service not as described” claims after the14 days trial for $0 and after the $19.95/month made cannot be a valid reason for a refund.

KS & SK LLC. Cannot be held responsible for any technical issues the customer may have in controlling his subscription status on his end. Registered customers can manage their subscriptions at any time and have total control over their subscriptions. Our Website is also mobile-friendly, therefore can be accessed by desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile phone with an active internet connection. Also, customers have the option to email us at support@spyhour.com, and we can cancel their subscription for them. The steps of cancellation are also presented in the FAQ section and Cancellation Policy. Claims such as not knowing how to balance are therefore not valid. Not canceling on time is also not a valid reason for a refund.

KS & SK LLC cannot be held responsible because the customer doesn’t cancel his subscription on time or forgets about it, or does not use our services anymore after the monthly charge is made. Claims such as no longer use the service are not considered valid since customers have 14 days to test the service and decide whether they want to keep the subscription yes or no from the account dashboard. In these cases, a refund is NOT possible.

KS & SK LLC cannot be held responsible for any financial/tax/government changes which the customer encounters.

KS & SK LLC cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful product testing on the different advertising platforms. Our research tool only comes with suggestions and instructions; however, the customer is responsible for his product testing as he decides the period, budget, ad type, ad copy, ad creatives, targeting, etc. KS & SK LLC does not manage personal ad accounts; therefore, a refund for unsuccessful product testing is NOT possible.

KS & SK LLC cannot be held responsible if the customer uses a wrong/non-existing email for registration on our Website. Mistakes such as these need to be notified as soon as the account is created within 24 hours to manage further changes. If a wrong email is used, the customer will be unable to control his subscription since, for the process of cancellation, all customers receive a link of confirmation on the email address used for registration. If a recurring payment is made and the customer did not inform us via email or cancel his subscription with Paypal (if used for payment), a refund is impossible.

The upfront payments for the yearly and lifetime memberships cannot be refunded. All these memberships come with additional benefits besides the research data access to winning products such as paid courses which the users receive for free, and other various discounts and benefits. If the customer wants to test our services, he can do so by trying the trial membership and later upgrade to a yearly or lifetime membership; therefore, reasons such as services not as described or don’t need/want subscription anymore are not valid and are not subject for a refund.

REASONS A PURCHASE MAY BE REFUNDED

SpyHour has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and services. To promote customer satisfaction, our company reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:

  1. If the customer applied for the membership but didn’t log into the account to use the digital data;
  2. If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;

To comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal terms of service, US law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents. Customers requesting serial or repeated returns may be blocked from making further purchases using the SpyHour services.

If our sales team grants your refund request, the transaction will typically be processed within ten days of receiving it. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
